Reception Team

 

 

 Our receptionists are: Loraine Harris (Reception Manager), Ros Sheppard, Yvonne Flint and Claire Pryar. Loraine also does the accounts for the practice and can be contacted if you would like to join the Patient Participation Group.

Secretaries

The practice secretaries are Leisa Gill and Ros Sheppard.

Ros is also our Senior Receptionist.

Practice Managers

 

Barbara Wallis (Practice Manager) and Mary Lu Mitchell (Assistant Practice Manager) oversee the day-to-day management of the practice and staff. Please feel free to speak to either of them regarding any suggestions, compliments or complaints. We aim to provide a good service for our patients so we welcome feedback.
