Duty Doctor
New medical problems will be seen as soon as possible. If you feel you need a 'same day' appointment, or have a small query, you will be able to discuss your problem with the duty doctor on telephone no. 01480 860770. If an appointment is needed, the doctor will offer one later that morning. Please telephone the surgery between 8am and 10am on a weekday morning to access this service.
Appointments
Appointment times are generally 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon; if you require longer, please say so when booking and we will try to accommodate you. If you wish to register with the on-line facility for booking appointments please contact Reception.
Extended Access
In order to offer extended access for patients to see a GP out of routine hours, we hold a Saturday morning surgery and a Monday evening surgery once a month. These appointments are primarily for patients who find it difficult to attend during normal opening hours.
