NHS GP Patient Survey 2017

NHS Patient Survey 2017 More than one million patients across England have ranked their GP surgery in an NHS poll - and we have been named among 7th out of over 7,300 surveyed. NHS England asks patients every year to rate their GP surgeries on everything from the ease of getting an appointment to how much trust they place in their GP.

Great Staughton Surgery came first in Cambridgeshire and seventh in England, with 100 per cent of patients giving the surgery a ‘good’ experience rating.

All of the patients said their Doctor listened to their problems and 99 per cent said their GP spent enough time with them. An impressive 97 per cent were also satisfied with waiting times.

Practice Manager Loraine Harris said “The practice team is proud of its commitment to provide patients with the highest quality care, which is friendly and accessible. Our ethos is to provide a patient experience as we would like to receive ourselves.”

A huge thank you to all of our patients who completed the Survey!
